Chandabali es una circunscripción de Vidhan Sabha del distrito de Bhadrak , Odisha . [ 1 ]

El área de esta circunscripción incluye Chandabali , el bloque Chandabali y ocho médicos de cabecera (Daulatapur, Bamanbindha, Harisinghpur, Jamjodi, Rajnagar, Barasar, Sahapur y Gobindapur) del bloque Tihidi. [ 2 ] [ 3 ]

La votación se llevó a cabo el 1 de junio de 2024 en la cuarta fase de las elecciones a la Asamblea de Odisha y la séptima fase de las elecciones generales de la India. El recuento de votos se realizó el 4 de junio de 2024. [ 10 ] En las elecciones de 2024, el candidato del Biju Janata Dal, Byomakesh Ray, derrotó al candidato del Partido Bharatiya Janata, Manmohan Samal, por un margen de 1916 votos. [ 6 ]

2014

In the 2014 election, Biju Janata Dal candidate Byomakesh Ray defeated Indian National Congress candidate Amiya Kumar Mahapatra by a margin of 24,883 votes.[8]

2009

In the 2009 election, Biju Janata Dal candidate Bijaya Nayak defeated Indian National Congress candidate Amiya Kumar Mahapatra by a margin of 7,613 votes.[8]
