Wah Ming Estate ( chino :華明邨) es un complejo residencial mixto de vivienda pública y de protección oficial ubicado en Wo Hop Shek , Fanling , Nuevos Territorios , Hong Kong, cerca de Wa Mei Shan y el Centro Deportivo Wo Hing. [ 3 ] [ 4 ] Consta de siete edificios residenciales construidos en 1990. Los pisos del complejo se vendieron bajo el Plan de Compra para Inquilinos Fase 2 en 1999. [ 5 ]

Yan Shing Court (欣盛苑) y Cheong Shing Court (昌盛苑) son patios del Plan de Propiedad de Vivienda en Wo Hop Shek cerca de Wah Ming Estate, construidos en 1993 y 2000 respectivamente. [ 4 ] [ 6 ] [ 7 ]

Yung Shing Court (雍盛苑) es un tribunal mixto público y HOS en Wo Hop Shek cerca de Wah Ming Estate. Consta de tres edificios residenciales terminados en 2000. [ 8 ]

Según el censo parcial de 2016 , la finca Wah Ming tenía una población de 15.611 habitantes, el patio Yan Shing de 6.955, el patio Cheong Shing de 4.107 y el patio Yung Shing de 8.005. En total, la población asciende a 34.678 habitantes. [ 1 ]

Política

For the 2019 District Council election, the estate fell within two constituencies. Wah Ming Estate is located in the Wah Ming constituency, which was formerly represented by Chan Wai-tat until July 2021,[9] while Yan Shing Court, Cheong Shing Court and Yung Shing Court fall within the Yan Shing constituency, which was formerly represented by Lam Shuk-ching until May 2021.[10][9]
