Primeros años y educación
Roberts nació en Perry, Georgia, hija de Benjamin Roberts, empresario, y Ruth Roberts, ama de casa. Se graduó en 1982 de la Facultad de Periodismo y Comunicación de Masas Henry W. Personal life
Roberts resides in Manhattan with her husband Al Roker, whom she married in September 1995.[10] They are the parents of daughter Leila (b. November 17, 1998)[11] and son Nicholas (b. July 18, 2002).[12] Roberts has a stepdaughter from her husband's prior marriage. The couple live in a townhouse on Manhattan's Upper East Side[13][14] and also own a house in the foothills of the Berkshires.[15]
