Hispanopedia WikiNelson's spiny pocket mouse (Heteromys nelsoni) is a species of rodent in the family Heteromyidae. It is found in Mexico and Guatemala. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
