Langrune-sur-Mer (French pronunciation:[lɑ̃ɡʁynsyʁmɛʁ]ⓘ, literally Langrune on Sea) is a commune in the Calvadosdepartment in the Normandyregion in northwestern France.
In June 2026, US defence secretary Pete Hesgeth cancelled appearance at D-day event in Langrune-sur-Mer after protest by residents.[3]
