La National Division One 2006-07 fue la vigésima temporada completa de rugby union dentro del segundo nivel del sistema de ligas inglés, actualmente conocido como RFU Championship . Esta temporada vio el aumento de la liga de 14 a 16 equipos con nuevos equipos incluidos Leeds Tykes (descendido de la Guinness Premiership 2005-06 ), así como Moseley y Waterloo que ascendieron de la National Division Two 2005-06 .
