Vida y carrera
Holman nació en Tulsa , Oklahoma . Comenzó su carrera en la pantalla en 1959, apareciendo en la serie de televisión antológica The Millionaire . En 1960, hizo su debut cinematográfico en Ma Barker's Killer Brood .
