Suzanne Oboler

Suzanne Oboler es una académica peruano-estadounidense y profesora de Estudios Latinoamericanos y Latinos en el John Jay College of Criminal Justice de la City University of New York .

Oboler es autora de Ethnic Labels, Latino Lives: Identity and the Politics of (Re)Presentation in the United States y editora fundadora de la revista Latino Studies (2002–2012). Ha editado varios libros, entre ellos Latinos and Citizenship: The Dilemma of Belonging; Behind Bars: Latino/as and Prison in the United States (2006), y coeditó Neither Enemies nor Friends: Latinos, Blacks, Afro-Latinos (2009).
