Artem Volodymyrovych Pyvovarov ( ucranio : Артем Володимирович Пивоваров ; nacido el 28 de junio de 1991) es un cantante y compositor ucraniano de nueva ola . [ 1 ] Ha ganado dos premios YUNA : en 2021 a la mejor canción y en 2022 al mejor intérprete.

Biografía

Pyvovarov estudió guitarra durante tres meses a los doce años y comenzó a componer canciones. Posteriormente, obtuvo un diploma de obstetra en el Colegio Médico Volchansky [ 2 ] y trabajó como asistente de anestesiólogo. También se graduó en ciencias ambientales en la Academia Nacional de Economía Urbana de Járkov [ 1 ] .

Su carrera musical comenzó como miembro del grupo "Dance! Dance!" y ganó popularidad en YouTube en 2012 con canciones acústicas. Desde entonces, ha grabado cinco álbumes. [ 2 ] Desde 2015 también ha trabajado como compositor, en producción de sonido y como director de varios cortometrajes y visualizaciones. [ 2 ]

In 2022–3 he has performed concerts in Ukraine in support of charities and also to encourage the Ukrainian armed forces.[3] In December 2022, despite a power outage during his concert in Cherkasy following a Russian rocket strike, he continued and finished the concert with the audience singing along with him and waving lights. Ukraine's Ministry of Defense wrote, "The Ukrainian spirit is unbreakable" alongside footage of the concert.[4]

In September 2023, Pyvovarov became a coach on The Voice of Ukraine.[5] On 29 October, Mykhailo Panchyshyn, a contestant on Pyvovarov's team, won the competition.[6]

In December 2024, Pyvovarov performed at an open workout in support for Ukrainian professional boxer Oleksandr Usyk at Riyadh Open Season.
