Este año comienza el programa de reestrenos de Blue Ribbon Merrie Melodies . Los cortos en color de Merrie Melodies anteriores se volverían a publicar con los créditos originales cortados. Además, se produjeron cuatro cortos más de Looney Tunes en Technicolor de tres tonos. La serie pasaría a ser a todo color el año siguiente. Se lanzaron 28 cortos para este año.
