Discografía de Atlantic Records

Los primeros discos LP de 33⅓ RPM de Atlantic fueron álbumes de 10 pulgadas y su primer lanzamiento en 1949 fue una grabación de poesía de Walter Benton musicalizada que también se publicó como tres discos de 12 pulgadas a 78 RPM . ^{[ 1 ]} A esto le siguieron dos álbumes en 1950 y la mayoría de los álbumes de 10 pulgadas de Atlantic se lanzaron entre 1951 y 1953. La Serie 100 lanzó principalmente LP de jazz instrumental y la Serie 400 presentó vocalistas. Los números de catálogo de los álbumes a menudo se indicaban con el prefijo "LP" en la portada del álbum y "ALS" o "ALR" en la etiqueta del disco.

Atlantic comenzó a lanzar discos LP de 12 pulgadas con el establecimiento de su serie 1200 en 1949 con un álbum que consistía en tres discos de 78 RPM de poesía de Walter Benton .
